The CATTAC PRESS Log of Test Cricket Championships

Edited by Garth Coverdale.

Which countries are the current Test Cricket Champions?

Champion

noun.
One who has defeated all opponents in any trial of strength or skill, and is open to contend with and new competitor.
1823. Shorter Oxford English Dictionary 1973.

The International Cricket Council have their own champions but we say that to meet the classic definition shown above, the champion must be the one who defeats the previous champion. To determine the current champions, we went back through the records to find all the previous champions, for both men and women.
